Umpires claim their own games
Open slots show up on each umpire’s phone, limited to the divisions they’re cleared for. One tap claims a slot, and two umpires can never claim the same one.
Fair by design
Set daily and weekly game limits, and give your top-tier umpires first pick for a set window before games open to everyone.
Coverage at a glance
Every game is covered, partly covered or open, shown with a shape and a word. The UIC gets an alert when a game near its start still needs someone, and a coverage report every Sunday.
Releases and swaps without the scramble
Umpires can offer a game to an eligible partner or ask off it. Late requests go to the UIC to approve, so a late release never goes unnoticed.
Crews of two to four
Plate and base for most games, plate and three bases for all-stars and tournaments, set per division.
Your schedule, imported
Load the season from Sports Connect, and changes to the league calendar flow in on their own, with assigned umpires told when a game changes.
Pay umpires through the app
Set pay rates by division, mark games worked, and send payouts each pay cycle once an admin approves. The league stays the payer of record, and we never store bank details.
Safe for teenage umpires
Minors can’t take games until a parent or guardian approves, other umpires see names only, and nothing lets an adult message a minor.
Nothing to install
It runs in any phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen. Notifications arrive by push, email or text, your choice.
